To register for a retreat at Tara Mandala, you may use a credit card to pay on-line by filling out the form below. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please print and fill out the printable version (available on the event's main page) of this form and send it along with your payment to us via mail at PO Box 3040, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.

  • Please familiarize yourself with our retreat center, policies and travel options before registering for any retreat.
  • We require a deposit of 50% of your total fee per person to hold your space in each retreat scheduled to last 7 or more days. If the retreat you plan to attend is 6 or less days, we require full payment at the time of registration. All deposits are refundable according to cancellation policy clearly written on registration form.
  • During the summer months, if you're interested in reserving a tent at a cost of $20 per person per night (shared) or $40/night (private), contact our office to check for availability or add your request to the notes section below.
  • If you wish to pay by check or money order please print out the registration form (available on the event's main page) and mail it with your payment.
